Closed the Friday before MLK Jr day!!!!! Some of us don't have bankers hrs to get our important errands done.....really frustrating I've had 4 days in 2mos to submit my paperwork and give up $120, and each day you've all been closed for furlow days???
WORST EVER!!! They're closed the Friday before Memorial Day, however, their phone service and website never mention this...so I called and called over and over all afternoon. Then I decided to call the number on the business card given to me by the officer and a lady answers the phone that is totally rude and her customer service skills are lacking big time. Then she hangs up on me, I call back and she hangs up again without even saying anything. I call back and an officer finally answers, but by now I'm beyond mad. The officer said she is working dispatch - sure, then maybe she shouldn't be answering the phone. I love when city/federal workers complain about pay, but you're work standards wouldn't cut it in the real world. Sorry for Flint!!!!

Clerks don't do their jobs and don't answer phones or return calls. Incompetent.
