The last 2 times that I have been there I have waited 15 minutes or more to check out it has gotten to the point that I do not even go there unless I have a lot of time to waste and the worst thing is it isn't even that the line is long, a lot of time it's that items do not ring up at the sales price. The employees are always nice and helpful that's the only thing positive I can say.
To high of prices! My gosh I couldn't believe it.Even wrapping paper was too expensive.
Overall love the store itself but wish they had more monster high things. Also wish the staff was a little more friendly.
Awful store. Very rude customer service over the phone. Very old and outdated store. The building needs a facelift. Doesn't provide rain checks on fingerlings like other stores. Management are assholes!
