This is usually where we take our dog.to get groomed and every time we usually have an issue. Today we had a 1:00pm appointment and due to construction at a light near the shopping strip we were 10mins late. When speaking to the groomer she said within that short time our appointment had been given away, however there was a sign on the door saying they don't take walki-ins, so I don't know how that happened. I asked her why didn't anyone notify us once our appointment had been given away and she said because they don't do that, and proceeded to be very cheeky and unapologetic about the entire situation. Pet Smart is literally steps away, I recommend going there!
