Availability of do it yourself kiosks is appreciated. Staff is helpful but are often tied up when I go. Prices are decent for prints.
The Bad: They are either overstaffed and dead, or they are understaffed and slammed. They don't communicate very well with you and are always unsure of their jobs. They don't care to much to assist if they can help it.
Had a very positive and pleasant experience in which the Assistant Mgr handled my printing needs. I needed an 11x17 copy of a band photo with unusual tonality. She worked with the tone settings on the copier until my requested copy matched the original beautifully.
Grade A ass hats. We bought a pattern from Etsy for birthday invitations that has a similar pattern to Minnie Mouse and the awesome service their felt the need to not pay attention to us and follow it up with smart ass comments. We didn't get acknowledged and he was messing with the computer for 10 solid minutes. After he saw the pattern he asked if we had the rights to Minnie Mouse to print the pattern. Great way to snark your potential customers. Good luck getting customers with these stellar paper pushers.

Absolutely the slowest customer service. I have dealt with them many times mainly because of the location and hours of business. Every single time I have been here, I have had to wait for a minimum of an hour... Yes, I have been here for 45 minutes currently, with only 2 customers ahead of me..... Still waiting...
The Ugly: Don't believe their price match options! Go to the cheapest place you can find. They wanted to charge me $1.18 per color copy (2 sided) for 100 copies. That's over $118, yet my normal printer wants to charge me $38.60 with shipping included for 100 copies. When they agreed to price match, they asked me to email everything to the store manager. The next morning I got an email saying that they can't price match it "because it's too low." So the price matching is only good if they make enough money off of it still!
Don't let this corporation fool you. They are a rip off! Go to another printing company or use one like I did and have it shipped.
