Had to do exchange for wrong size boots and cashier was very friendly and helpful also store staff came to help out when line got long I love this store all my winter gear was purchased here thank you Dunham's great job!!!

Arrived and being near Christmas, there was a line, a 40 person long line. I almost turned around and left. But thought I'd try and see how quick they were. I was there 15 minutes picking up stuff, and when I walked up to the registers.....no line! Now if they could teach that to the other stores.
The people were really nice, they helped me find what I want.
