Atour and the other gentleman working went FAR above and beyond... even putting the screen cover and phone case on for us!! Much closer and more convenient than any of the other locations, and again... can't say enough how helpful and AMAZING Atour was.... like, seriously!
I came into the store because I was upset with my service and was paying too much. The representative that helped me not only helped me fix my issues but even lowered my bill. He was super courteous and nice. This is now my favorite T mobile store.
