Jonathan E. was beyond amazing. He helped me get a new phone for my daughter who broke hers beyond repair. He explained everything in great clear detail. Everyone in there working were so nice and helped us feel alot better about the situation. If you need anything go see him and the crew there they'll hook you up right.

I had searched many of the stores for the specific color phone I wanted. I made a call to this store where the gentleman told me they had it. I got to the store and Jonathan helped me. He was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was 100% happy when I left! He is super awesome! Everyone in the store was so friendly. I normally go to corporate stores... I think I have found a new sprint store :-)

Before I agree to do so, I drill the salesperson and the manager on any fine print they aren't telling me, because it sounds too good to be true. I found the deal myself and it appears the plan is good until the end of 2018 and then each of the free lines go up to $30 a month, still didn't seem bad, so I went for it.

About 30 minutes after that call, I arrive to the store to hopefully get him in person. Of course the manager is not out front, the salesperson comes to ask how they can help, I request the manager as he was supposed to call me back but never did. Now the salesperson says he is in a meeting and does not know when he will be out. Is he just trying to avoid me? what kind of customer service is this!?

Day 2 : I still do not hear anything back from the manager, so I call the store before I make another drive there. The salesperson who answers the phone proceeds to tell me the manager is busy and he will have him call me back when he is free. 2 hours later, still no call. I proceed to call back again and the same salesperson now says the manager is still busy taking care of business from this morning... I ask since I was there yesterday, cant my situation take priority over something from this morning? I was there yesterday and he still hasn't called me back and for some reason he is denying to talk to me.

My story:

I go ahead and just call sprint, knowing im going to get someone who hardly speaks english and wont understand my situation. Spend 2 hours on the phone with them and basically only get an apology that this happened and there is nothing they can do other than issue me a $20 credit and report this store to corporate. Still, my issue is not resolved for something this store created, not me.

As I am leaving the store, this manager is walking out of the back of the store smoking a cigarette. Why was he too busy to help me now? a cigarette break was more important than correcting a problem he created for me?

Day 3: I arrive to the store the minute they open, just so I can catch him before he is "too busy for me". Of course the only person who can help me, then manager, is not in today.

Ill put the moral of the story first: Do not trust what these people are selling you. When you have a problem they created, they will avoid you at all costs and you will be forced to find alternative solutions. Whenever you go to this store they will always be too busy to help you, it will take usually at least 30 minutes of waiting before someone helps you, so make sure you block out your entire day to take care of business here.

First Visit: We wait about 30 minutes before we are actually helped. We go here because the store we usually deal with was out of power and closed. We are going to the sprint store to activate a new phone, and upgrade another line. In the process the sales person recommends we change our current plan to this new unlimited family plan that will give us an additional line, a free tablet, and unlimited data all for the same price we are currently paying for our 4 lines! Sounds great right?

John was very cool, and he got us together with exactly what we wanted. Very great person to have sprint

This was an absolutely pathetic experience..

A month later I get the bill... Our bill had gone up $150 from what it previously was. I find that they put insurance on 3 of our lines, when we declined insurance on all of them, we are being charged an additional $40 on a line that should be free, and we charged data overages on 3 lines... but it was supposed to be unlimited data?

Day 1: I go back to the store to show them what happened, and to hopefully have things corrected. I walk in the door, and the manager was at the desk along with 1 other salesperson. As soon as I walk in the manager walks into the back room, leaving me to wait for 45 minutes before another salesperson finally walked out of the back to finally help me. But they were unable to help me, only the manager could help me... go figure. So she takes my bill which I highlighted all errors to make it clear, the manager takes it and looks puzzled and tells her he will look it over and take care of it then call me back.

I have been a Sprint customer for 14 years and have attended many Sprint stores. This store is BY FAR my favorite store and the only store I'll be visiting in the future. Their customer service and knowledge is top notch. Thank you Jonathan, Josh, and the other 2 gentlemen (sorry I forgot your names) for your wonderful service today and helping make my cranky infant son smile. -Brandy
