Very helpful people. If your looking for audio. Speak to Reggie. He's a very helpful person. And he won't steer you wrong. Tells you the truth about different products. I see Todd for my TVs. I have been coming here for years. And will keep coming back.
Did some Christmas shopping. They have good deals on merchandise and their sales people are always able to help. Many sale items have better prices than online merchants.
All damaged. Hopefully the one they're going to bring out on Thursday is good..my saleman on the other hand has been very accommodating and understanding. They just need to really oversee their assembly department.
We had a good experience in the store. The salesperson seemed knowledgeable, and was helpful. Delivery is a while other story. We were told we were 19 of 20 to get delivered and that it would be between 3 and 7. Got a call around 4:30 that the truck broke down, and that our items would be delivered the next day. Okay. I understand things happen, but we should have been one of the first deliveries the next day. Instead we are the VERY LAST! So now we have the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen and other inconveniences with the stove and refrigerator, AND , we have company coming. Totally unacceptable and poor customer service.
