We placed an online order and went in to pick it up upon getting the confirmation email. Wait in line, to find out they did not have the order ready. Could not find a game.... We hang out for about 2 hours to find the game had been placed right behind the back of the Assistant Manager at some point in time, just out of general view. Frustrating! Seems like communication was in need of refining this Black Friday. I almost had it shipped to my home at a discounted price which would have been nice but glad we walked away with all of my order that day.
Thank you for keeping it together and providing me great customer service when there was actually a hiccup in the system (online versus store). It turned out all good in the end.
I purchased a yamaha keyboard.at the Chesterfield Best Buy, the keyboard was actually at the Flint store. There ended up being some confusion about whether or not there was a keyboard as this is not a highly sought after item. The manager John at the Flint store was great to work with and he located the keyboard. He straightened everything out. It was great experience! Thanks John and Best Buy!!!
Best Buy is an amazing location if you want/need to buy any new technology or have questions about anything technology related. They have a wide selection of technology, ranging from phones (Apple and Android) to computers to headphones, etc. They have workers who specify in certain locations, and for different brands. The workers are very friendly and are willing to help if you have any questions. The technology on display doesn't have many apps, but enough to let you get the feel of the device, if you give it enough time. I have never had a bad experience here, and would recommend Best Buy, not just this location, to anyone looking to buy, upgrade, fix, or ask questions about technology.
Being I've worked retail, I can sympathize for those that had to work this night (although others like to work and make the ×1.5)
I came in here on Black Friday on my way home from to pick up my TV that I had purchased online. The deal wasn't tied into a Black Friday but was a sale that was just as good if not better than BF.
*Usually* the only place I buy my electronics. Good return policy. Always research your items before shopping; best thing to do anyway but sometimes it's hard to find help there.
