Experience is always great. Quick, simple and with a smile. Car selection is adequate.
New policy change was implemented arbitrarily. Staff informed me that they had called some individuals at home to let them know. (Again, an arbitrary approach). Unfortunately I was not so lucky. Noone contacted me prior to leaving home regarding my reservation, despite several National Car Rentals over the last year. Did not feel supported or treated well as a customer. In view of my frequent business travel, I actually found this customer service experience at Flint Bishop Airport - National Car Rental to be extremely disappointing. It seemed that professionalism and great customer service skills were overlooked in rental rep training school. Sadly, I found this to be true for both the counter rep and the supervisor, neither whom cared enough to explore possible solutions or to even just pretend to care.
Always a great experience when getting a rental from you guys. Last time I received a free upgrade from a full size car to a 2017 challenger which was a perfect start to my vacaction.
The car was available when I arrive...the car rental process was not longer than 5 minutes. Really fast. Thanks
