I experience nothing but exceptional, friendly service from Alamo. My suburban was wonderful and plenty big for us. Everything went very smoothly. I especially appreciate the discount we were able to obtain.
Juwan handled our rental both check out and check in. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. He even remembered my husband's name when he returned the car. Couldn't ask for better service!
This was the perfect car. Although I tried to plug-in my Garmin and it didn't work. Not sure what the problem was but I was glad that I was fairly familiar with the area. Hope that I can use my Garmin in my next rental. Do not have a smart phone.
The vehicle functioned well and we got great gas mileage.

I have never had more trouble getting a rental car in my life than I have had with Alamo they all tell you something different and they left me stranded without a car when I was 3000 miles away from home and I had to walk with my luggage in a very unsafe part of town. They have no compassion for any of their customers. I will always pay double or triple the amount at another car rental place than I ever would give a penny to Alamo
