Another worst experience with Budget. They charged me $70 extra day fee for 35 mins delay and I reserved full size car by they got me compact one. Never suggesting this Budget to someone.:(
UPDATE,11/24/2017, budget refunded the additional fee they charged for gas.
*Terrible* customer service. Even though we had to wait very long to receive the pre-booked car, we didn't receive any concession w.r.t. return times even though the pickup and, therefore, the driving plans got messed up thanks to them. Will not recommend this at all unless you're willing to needlessly pay for an extra day to cover up for their incompetency. Kudos to their magnanimous 29min grace period too!
BEWARE! READ THIS IF YOU RENT 12 OR 15 PASSENGER VANS FROM BUDGET OR AVIS. I rented two 15 passenger vans on the same day at the same time. We drove a MAXIMUM of 15 miles round trip per van for a field trip with a large group. The fuel gauges on both vans were on full when the vans were returned. I have been charged an additional $46.88 and $38.96 for fuel fees. The letter they sent to me stated that I had driven 112 miles. THIS IS A LIE! Prior to receiving this letter, I saw one of the additional fees on my statement and called them. They said if I didn't have a receipt that I filled the van with gas, I would be charged for gas. What I don't get is that in addition to the substantial rental fee that these vans cost, if you do not drive enough miles to move the fuel gauge, ADDITIONAL FEES FOR GAS are assessed to you. THEY MAKE UP THE MILEAGE (in my case it was 112 miles that was falsely charged to me) This policy is ridiculous and is in poor taste. The gas gauges for both vans were on full when the vans were returned. The letter that I received stated that they filled the van with 4 gallons of gas after my use. There is no way we used 4 gallons per van or even 2 gallons per van. I think the vans were not "filled to the brim" when we got them and we paid for some other customer's failure to fuel the vehicle. BEWARE! To the owner that replied to this post...what additional information do you need?

You'll be asked to call the airport customer service but they'll never pick the phone and you'll be redirected to the off-site 'customer care' repeatedly. After you go around in loops, enough number of times, you'll get tired of the wasted hours and end up submitting to the extra day's charges.
