Chicken doesn't taste as good as it used too
We come to this KFC even though there is one a lot close because the food is much better and the service is great!
15 minute wait for a pot pie, can't hear in the drive thru but it doesn't matter since they never have what you ask for any way. By far the worst location for rude employees, cold food & never having what you want. Not even butter for the biscuit? Come on!!!!!
Ordered a small mash with a side of gravy. Opened the container with gravy and there was about a teaspoon of gravy in there. It was enough for one bit of mash and gravy and that was it. Called and complained and they said that's how much they are supposed to give. Finally they agreed to give me a free small mash, so when I went to get it today the lady completely cut me off saying fine it would be in the bag. Got to the window got my stuff any everything was tossed everywhere. Will NEVER go there again! Thank you for horrible service.
