Would have given 5 starts because they deserve it based on good and atmosphere. Food is very good. But during Thanksgiving when my family dined we had an issue with the owner coming out on a few occasions to settled a bill. First got our bill, we paid it left a good tip for a buffet. Before anyone collected the bill, owner came out saying we need to rerun your bill and charge you 20%. The waitress forgot to do this. After she came back and dropped off the new bill, I had time to sit and think about it. I was quite upset. First I don't like anyone telling what I HAVE TO TIP. I've always been a fare tipper. 20% for a few drinks it's awful. 28 bucks for 4 adults and two children is not good. The owner came back two more times explaining her position. Saying we wouldn't be able to have servers if we didn't,.. (other places do). Or waitress buses their own table.(so do other places). But other don't put 20% on your tab when your served let alone a buffet where you serve yourself. Plus the fact nobody was told. I don't typically leave more the 10% for buffet but we did 15% because it was Thanksgiving. But I guess the greedy needed more. Brick street had a nice meal served for 20. We opted for the 25 buffet and felt quite taken advantage of.. so much for trying to go out for a holiday rather then cook which we usually do. Blind side with out being told has hard to stomach. Had we known in advance might have been irritated but you have a choice. After you eat and get a bill the choice you no longer have. I hate to rant but it really rubbed me the wrong way, especially for a place I had liked.

Found the food to be interesting and tasty. Had the Maurice salad. Wouldn't be my first choice next time. Not like Hudson's! Also had the Brussels sprouts. Very good. Crunchy but a little too sweet with the balsamic. I would have them again but would ask for less balsamic. Tasted the Cajun steak bites. Excellent. Need to say no more. Atmosphere was a little tacky. Kind of a log cabin style. Fireplace stones looked like blown up bubbles. But the fireplace was warm and cozy. Would return there again. We had a party of about 20. Waiter was good.

Good food, good service and a nice decor for the area. The menu is expansive and the beer menu is great for the area. This is a nice place to take the family if you want a mid to mid-high priced meal in the area. My two qualms are that 1)that the management is a little too over the top and 2) the pasta.... I get that you want us to have an incredible meal experience so your managers stop by to see how everything is going. We had 2 separate managers approach us while dining, one even stopped by a second time (3 total stops!). Sometimes we just want to enjoy a meal, I don't even expect a manager to stop by a table when eating unless an issue has happened, but sometimes it can be a nice gesture, this was overboard. Secondly, my significant other ordered a pasta dish that she thought would be somewhat healthy, a veggie chicken breast pasta. Frankly, you could have filled a few shot glasses with the amount of grease at the bottom of the bowl, basically the pasta was drowned in grease! Still, it is hard to find a family friendly, well run place with an expansive menu in the area. This place is still very good.

I have ate here several times. Food is always good. A bit pricey. But, I'd rather pay a couple of dollars more for good food. I can say the food is fresh and made from scratch. Restaurant is very clean. Drinks are clever. Definitely recommended.

This was our first visit to Blondie's. My daughter and wife planned for all of us to meet at this location to celebrate my birthday. There were many interesting options to choose from. We all truly enjoyed our meals in a pleasant setting. Most importantly, our server Mason was a cheerful young man and a wonderful server. We'll definitely be making return visits! Thanks again Mason! Keep up the great work!
