We used to go all the time not no more. Service was slow and rude only 2 waitresses could do their jobs. Order a fajita came with a teaspoon of cheese when I ask for more they charged me. Really only place in flint that charges for cheese on a fajita. Manager at night were seating people ahead of others waiting for 45mins for a tip.
We were very disappointed: Fajitas were served at room temperature, they were out of Crown Royal and they no longer offer prime rib as a choice for the fajitas. Waitress was very nice but that is the only good thing we can say about our experience.
The appetizers were brought out hot and quickly. They were loaded boneless wings and tasted wonderful. The entrees, on the other hand, took longer than expected and tasted very generic ( fajitas and buffalo chicken sandwich) our server ( her name was Josilyn) was very pleasant and made sure our drinks were never empty. She made an average dining experience above average and for that I have given this Chili's a 3 out 5 stars
Was utterly disgusting..... found 2 different hairs in our food, there was a bug walking across our table, and salad was wilty and gross...... to top it all off had a horrible tummy ache about an hour after eating there..... would NOT recommend....
After arriving and being seated, that was the highlight of our visit. We waited for 10 minutes for a waitress in a restaurant that wasn't busy....at all. She had one other table that she was serving and it still took 10 minutes before she even came for a drink order. The Long island ice tea was....bad. The closest thing I could think of that it tasted like was dishwater, well what I could imagine dishwater tastes like. Then we ordered our appetizer, and it made me glad we didn't order an entree. Our appetizer was a trio and had fried pickles, cheese bites, and sliders. The pickles came in their own special deep fry grease sauce, the cheese bites, once you get past the extreme greasiness of them were extremely salty and the sliders, if I had to give them a flavor would be cardboard. Our first and last time to Chili's. Micheal Scott said Chili's was the new golf course, sorry Micheal, but we disagree.
