I stood at the partsdirect counter for 23 minutes so far & no service. I can understand why this business is failing. I used to see alot of customers in this store but I didn't see more than 5. Sales associates were more than willing to help you or guide you to where you needed to go. Not anymore, you can't even find anyone to take your money when you know what you want. Bad experience. I walked through the store at a meandering pace and walked past at least 4 employees. None of them even tried to connect with me. It was only 11am and I was maybe one of 12 guests in the store. Everyone knows morning sales are crucial to bolstering the numbers for the day.
It's too bad what is happening with all the Sears. They used to be a good place to shop. Now it's empty shelves and apathetic employees.
Have a good experience every time at this location. Shout out to Archie back in the tools department for the awesome customer service.
Sad that the building and parking lot are in such bad shape. But, what do you expect from a greedy hedge fund CEO. An American institution being destroyed.
I didn't find anything today. I was looking for an interveiw outfit. Your "sale" would have left me with a simple shift dress for 60.00. I also find it unfair that your misses sale on erika clothing separates was 14.99 while women plus size were 30 percent off a higher price ( i beleive it was 34.00.) Sears is facing shut downs and i can see why. Most of your clothes are not appealing to me. Im an adult and dont want to look like a kid.Also f.y.i. meijers is putting plus size in with misses on the racks with no extra cost. Shaming people who have weight issues is the old way of business. Now society is trending toward body acceptance not discrimination. Also i found a beautiful dress with jacket for 35.00 on sale at penneys. At your store it would have been 70.00 and up. Wake up before its too late.....
