It was fabulous! The woman that checked me out worked with the coupons so she could give me the best deal. She was all smiles and just went above and beyond. The experience was a charm!!
You sold me a mattress in 2016 that has been seeping mold out of the mattress! DISGUSTING. Is the problem with Beauty Rest, Macy's, or your delivery crew? I spent the extra $100 for a Warranty, the company has been out twice to spray the mold with enzymes and it keeps seeping MOLD. BEYOND GROSS, MACY'S OF FLINT.
Very poorly maintained, lived in the flint area for 12 years and seen a steady decline in the condition of this store. The clothing is just thrown all over the place, I don't see any employees putting clothes back on the racks from the fitting rooms, most of the cash registers are closed on a Sunday afternoon, clothes on tables are in massive piles unable to shop. Restrooms very dirty and discusting Shame on the management to allow this to happen to a store that once was a classy place to shop.
Great items, priced Right, good selection. Salesperson was very professional, assisted in my selection and was thankful for my patronage. Her name is Kimberly, very professional & congenial. I would suggest shopping at Macy's.
