I just bought a perfume named scandalous dare from there on Black Friday and I just opened it up and the perfume bottle is completely empty. I don't reccomend shopping here because I just lost $30 on a empty perfume bottle. Last time I shop at this Victoria secret again.

I love Victoria's Secret as a store and brand and I spent so much money yesterday on Black Friday and was so excited about my purchases but it was all ruined when I had the rudest lady serving me at the checkout who had such a bad attitude! She should really not be working in customer service! I didn't get her name but if I did I would have insisted on speaking to her manager. Such a shame as it ruined the excitement of my purchases as I was more upset about how rudely I was spoken to at the checkout. However all the shop floor staff were beautifully kind and polite, wish I was served by one of them instead!
