I love this store Buckle's

Very bad service this evening when I went to exchanging my jeans. They shipped me the wrong size because they originally didn't carry my length to began with. Went to return them and I told them they where XL in which I just needed a L therefore they where to long. They laughed at me and said well these are what you ordered. I said, nope I wanted a 35 length and what I have on is a 35 length and they fit me great, but they must run different I said because I have a pair of Silver Tuesday jeans on and the ones I'm returning our BKE they said nope the silvers and BKE run the same, but then they told me We don't carry Silver Tuesdays in 35 length. So which is it!! Anyway, they didn't offer me my shipping of $5 back to me, even though I only had them ship me a pair because they didn't have them in the store at the time. UGH!! How is this my fault in anyway! Please don't tell me that I'm wearing a 34 length when I know what I have on, would you like me to take my jeans off right there and shove it in your face!? I know what I am wearing!! They tried to order me another pair in 34 length... I need a 35" How many times did I have to tell this lady!! Then the manger had to come and butt in behind the lady that was checking me out tonight. "Nope our BKE is the same fit as our Tuesday" Whatever lady, they might be, but I have a 35 1/2 here and just need a 35". Nobody would let me explain anything they both talked over me, laughed and really disrespected me. Will be talking to someone higher up and reporting both of the Store manager and the lady that cashed me out. I shouldn't have to have to be treated like a little kid because I wanted to return a freaking pair of jeans!
