The staff here is very friendly. The store is clean and well laid out. The music helps create a nice atmosphere that is lively but not too loud. They seem to have decent prices but like most other stores you have to shop around and make sure you're getting a good deal.

I did not see the white customers watched like a hawk by the manager and employees. Just because you're an assistant manager with a clipboard who makes $9 an hour doesn't give you the right to demoralize your customer who is doing nothing but is like browsing like everyone else..
Manager will follow you if you're a minority from the clothing racks.. and in the dressing room stay there until you're done changing... and then walk next to you until you leave the store..
I normally love old navy but there is currently a freaking DJ in here blaring his music. Last time I checked this was a department store, not a night club. I can't even enjoy my shopping experience. As soon as I walked in a migraine just hit me. Just play music over a speaker if you want to keep customers. Won't be back

I've been to Old Navy numerous times with my wife. She usually finds something that she likes, but for me it's "hit or miss". I usually can find shirts in my size, but when it comes to pants, whether it's waist or length (40-42 x 34-36), I'm just a little bit bigger than Old Navy's biggest size. The Miller Rd. store always seems to be clean & organized, and the employees have always been friendly & helpful to me and my wife.
