Midas is an awesome company , I've been going here for some time now and they workers are great , very respectful, and good customer service.. prices are not too expensive and they do good quality work . If you haven't check them out yet please do
I needed to get an oil change last minute of the day, Walmart had a 2.5 hour wait so I called this Midas and they took me in last minute, I was their last oil change of the day. Randy who I talked to was very nice and they didn't treat me like I was a burden. Definitely coming back to this place! Service was very affordable and fast!
Absolutely DO NOT take your car here. I took my new vehicle here for a simple oil change, nothing crazy, something they should be able to do no problem, and the technician left the oil cap off and the washer to the drain plug. All my oil spilled out everywhere after driving it and let air into the line until my check engine light came on and I took it to the dealership to get checked and they immediately told me that the cap was left off and the job was done poorly, they even took pictures. I got charged for labor and parts for correcting something they should know how to do correctly 100/100 times. I called and spoke with a manager to which he told me that he wasn’t going to correct the issue but gave us free oil change coupons to which we denied. If you want your car to stay nice and you want to save your money and not have to get your car fixed after them touching it, I would not recommend doing business with any Midas company.
I took my car here for a repair that 2 other shops were not able to perform. They were friendly and got my car right in. The price was fantastic and the car is working great. I plan to use them for my regular maintenance going forward. I highly recommend this business.
Every time I come to Midas everyone treats you like family. Joe is friendly and efficient , Aron is goofy and welcoming. Still missing Montey so much he was also a great past employee. Either way I'll keep coming back as Midas. Thanks for being wonderful!
