Worst garage I've ever dealt with in my 45 years of being alive! They are the opposite of organized to say the least, extremely rude, filthy even for the standards of a garage, unintelligent, no one seems to have knowledge of their products, and worst of all they don't understand that the customer comes first! I would never recommend this mechanic shop to anyone! STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A MECHANIC SHOP!!!! If I could give them a negative number for my rating I would but unfortunately one is as low as it goes
I was referred to ABC Auto Repair by a friend. I thought I had nothing to lose by going there. BEST MOVE EVER!!! These guys know their cars! They are also very easy to talk to. Since I took my car in I have taken my kids cars in, all with reasonable pricing . Nothing unexpected .They even worked on my 1975 Classic show car . I very much trust them and will never go anywhere else! Thank you, Tom, and your guys for such AMAZING SERVICE!!
Jeep didn't like to stop, went to ABC to have new hardlines installed, jeep now stops. Great shop Tom(?) the service writer/front desk man/whatever was cool.
Tom was great. Courteous and helpful on the phone. He took me without an appointment and finished inspecting the car in under an hour. I found his advice about the car to be helpful. The car was no good, so he gave me a break on the inspection fee. Wow! The shop was clearly busy, but Tom greeted every customer cheerfully. ABC says that they are a family business and its clearly not hype. I would take my repeat business here in a heartbeat.
I took a car I considering buying to ABC, today. My first time to this shop.
Fair price on a wheel bearing replacement, over $400 higher than other places to replace shocks and struts on my truck. Always call other repair shops for best prices.
