This place is a gem, they do everything for a reasonable price. They also will match the price of other places, they do BMW and mini vehicles and don't charge 200+ an hour. The give rides back to your house so you don't have to wait. I have never had a bad experience going here.

Had new tie rods put on my Dodge Van. I was able to be taken home while it was being repaired and picked up when it was finished. Al Serra tried their best to get my business but I love the service and friendly people at Grand Pointe. They are the best all around.
My experience with Grand Pointe was first class. I had bought an older Audi TT and brought it in to be checked out. I was aware of some issues. It looks like all were taken care of by Grand Point perfectly, as well as a tire situation I was unaware of. Kyle, the service manager, was totally responsive to my requests. What I found incredibly surprising was he noticed when changing the battery, that the audio system's anti theft program shut the audio components down. He called me for the reset code. Most other shops would have just sent me home with non-working audio. This is the kind of attention to detail I had been looking for in my car repair needs. They have a shuttle service, and time goes quickly, as their driver, Mark, is an engaging conversationalist. Well done all around.
