This is the worst university on EARTH! It's in the coldest, most God-forsaken region and has absolutely no redeeming qualities whatsoever. I left after my first year and would never encourage anyone to go to school here. They actually charge $5 every time you need a transcript, which basically feels like they're still screwing me after all these years. They need that extra $5 to make up for the dismal retention rate. This place just plain sucks.
I love being able to take Ferris State University classes on Mott's Flint campus. I encourage anyone studying criminal justice at Mott, to do the three plus one program. It consists of you taking eighty five credits at Mott, and 35 at Ferris on Mott's Flint campus. Not only are you saving a lot of money only paying the community college rate for three years of your schooling, but you're also going to get your bachelors degree from the University without having to travel far. A lot of the greatest CJ teachers who teach the Mott classes also teach the Ferris classes such as Mr. Baber, and Mr. Cassidy. I have loved my experience at Mott overall, as well as at Ferris.
