One word... Melissa! She made my day! She was friendly, informative and knowledgeable on everything UHaul. I was having a crappy day and she made my day! I wish that could be said for all rental locations but it can't! U haul, if you read your reviews, give her a raise! Folks, if you go to the UHaul located on Miller Road in Flint, Michigan, ask for Melissa! She rocks in my book!
I have done business with this office many times, very quick and professional with a very large selection of trucks, vans, trailers and tow dollys. There is also a mini storage facility here.
Was told about $77 would held paying via credit card, within seconds my card was charged $90.76. I returned the truck early and never recieved a final receipt. Had to call and was told they only charged me $72.22, the remaining $18.54 is no where to be seen. Uhaul on Miller rd tried telling me my bank may hold a certain percentage to ensure payment. I have used Uhaul before and never had this kind of experience.

I love this place. Its clean they always have trucks and trailers avalible...the people are very nice and help you through out your entire move! They even introduced me to Ty's Moving,llc and all around everything went perfect and couldn't be better!
