Been coming here for years love the food it's always hot & done right. Notice a big decrease in quality here lately, new people not trained on the Los and the older white lady is as rude as a customer service rep can get. It's okay to have a bad day but don't be a dick when it's not going your way.
Would be 5 stars if it hadn't been the fee of using a card for your order
My bill came up to $25 dollar's I was told there would be a fee to pay with a card??????? Hun??? Why??? Why offer to take card payments and then charge a extra fee to use the card and pay for your food. So you now make money from my food order and all card users???? Why not just accept cash only???? Only in certain areas do business try and capitalize and prey on areas where ppl mobility is limited. So let's double charge and charge extra for everything. What other options do they have as a customer????
I give them 4 stars because of the history & longevity. Been going to this Little Caesar's since a kid and wish that pizza sub would come back or pizza pizza
