Honestly, my favorite "chain" BBQ in the country. I have always had pretty good service here but what stands out is the amount of good BBQ for the money. Two people can easily split their big meals. Their sauce is good too. If you like BBQ, then it's worth checking out.
My Rib eye was a bit tough. The marbling was good but there were several sinewy spots.
I love this place...its taste so good always nice and fast people working.
My gf and her mother enjoyed their ribs and everything else was good including the black and blue mule I ordered from the bar.

A order for 2 took over 40 minutes to receive our food. My husband was on his 2cd drink. Another couple that came in 5 minutes after we did & they gotten their food 10 minutes before us.. I ask the bartender 3 times to see what the hold up is & he said they are working on it. Because the have to finish a cater order first. When the meal arrived the manager came by & ask how's the food. I am thinking oh now you come by. We told him & he offer us a free desert. That was a waste of $70..
We come out to Famous Dave's all the time Flint location. We order over a 100$ dollars worth tips four days and two big slabs. On this day we noticed that the tips were way off and the fries. We spoke to the manager Tim and explained that we noticed that everything was not what it should be. He stated that to call him if we get home and still feel the same way. Well called Tim expressed our concerns and he was very dry towards us and said are you just calling to tell me or do you want something. After years of coming to FD we couldn't believe that this is how they treat loyal customer. I hate to be a b**** but really want to call corporate still just don't want to get anyone in trouble. When your Management you should have a better attitude towards customers and make us want to come back. Not sure if he thinks we need some food or if that's just him either way be more open and understanding friendlier to paying customers that never complain. Would have given it a lower score but waiter was nice and smiling.
