Its not the money for the shirt, but the principal of my shirt being damaged and IGNORANCE of this person to insult me by insinuating there is an animal in my clothes closet. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
Clean environmental. Friendly and respectful employees. Reasonable prices. Love the fact that they have money cards rather than to walk around with a hand full or pocket full of change. Love It.
A great place to do laundry. Weird customers though.
I was a self business owner. I know how to treat customers, and how to hire staff that does as well. This person has absolutely no people skills or customer service skills. I cant believe she is in a position to service customers.
No Stars!!! At the Flint/Burton location on Court St., worst customer service EVER!! I picked up my shirt order the previous week. When I went to wear a shirt a few days later, all the buttons were shaved or ripped off. I've never seen anything like it. When I went back to the location to show the staff, the so called "manager" said I had animals in my closet. I couldn't stop laughing. It was the most IGNORANT statement I have ever heard!! Even the button threads on the shirt are pressed, indicating the buttons were removed prior to the pressing process. She would only say "you have an animal in your closet." She obviously does not belong in the customer service industry. Will NEVER go back to a Pro Clean cleaners if this is the service they provide, nor will any of my relatives, as I relayed this story to them.
They have really frienly help and have a coin laundry located in the same facility. Pretty clean place, and has a kids play set.
It was pretty busy for a Sunday here. I had to wait before I could use a washing machine because they were either in use or out of order. Frustrating!
