I loved my OT and PT team. They come quickly when I need them and they have really taken care of me. Everytime they left the room they asked if there was 'anything else they could get me'. I have gotten to know them personally. Not many people would have taken the time to care like they did.
I would never send a loved one to this place. My mother ended up with an infection from this place that killed her. Her feeding tube ended up being dislodge and filling up her gut with infection. The doctor knew about this days before taking any action. Consequently, she ended up with septic poisoning which lead to septic shock which was the cause of her death. My father and I tried telling the nurses there was something wrong. They said they had to wait for a doctor and they couldn't get a doctor. This place is supposed to be a hospital, how could there not be a doctor available? If you value your loved one, please do not send him/her here. This is not a hospital. It is much more an understaffed nursing home.
I am very impressed with the in-depth level of care my wife has received and continues to receive from the RN, NA, PT, OT and her physician. Her overall improvement is due to the coordination of her care team and the administrative staff.
