The atmosphere was relaxing. I received the maternity massage and not happy with it. I wouldn't waste the money. For 70$ the back was the least to get done. I'm pregnant I could have went without getting my hands and arms for more back area. Guess I'll go back for more concentrated area. Lesson learned!
Worst experience ever! Came for eyebrow wax and the lady did not know what she was doing. My eyebrows looked better coming in then going out. She seemed scared to use wax and I still had hairs going every which a way! I couldn't see what she did!! All I asked was for her to shape them! I also had to wait about 20 mins because she was confused about her appts. I would not recommend this place for eyebrows wax! #Sorry
Looks are deceiving from the outside. When you walk in it is very trendy the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and current. Echo is the receptionist and she is phenomenal! My experience there start to finish was outstanding! The facility is clean and the employees are not only outstanding at what they do, they are also kind, knowledgeable and fun! I highly recommend this place!!!!
Marni was rude and did not do a good job on my fill. She had an attitude about the shape I wanted and did them unevenly with a round shape I wouldn’t have chosen. I don’t understand why I have to pay 40 for a fill and I’m not allowed to have stiletto??? Uhm excuse me? She was sloppy and all about herself. Both my mani and pedi were terrible, and already not well off after a day! I will never go back here
Jacklyn is the absolute best hair dresser ever of all the people who have done my hair EVER!! She is also a fun and sweet woman. Ellen is in my opinion the only one to get any kind of massage or facial. She is very good at what she does and seems to really like what she does. I never let anyone else do anything for me.
