Took my daughter here to get some crazy colors done to her hair with her birthday money day before birthday..hair looks good but was calling around for prices and told $25 for 14 foils so when was time to pay ended up being $35! So not happy they should give it to you for the price they told you over the phone..she would've got a better tip had I not had to put in some of my own money to cover the rest. Then the lady wasn't even very delicate w my daughter when 2nd brushing through her hair at all my kid wanted to cry every time she was brushing through it..just be honest w your prices u give people!
I went in with 3 pictures to show the stylist what I wanted, he looked at the pictures once in the beginning and again right at the end before he was finished. The whole experience was quiet, he didn't say one word or ask any questions and it took more than an hour for him to finish, it was the longest haircut I have ever been through and at the end I didn't even get what I asked for. I wanted multiple layers and got one. When I asked him if he could add more so it would look more dramatic and layered he told me to come back later, within 7 days, for them to fix it for free and then practically rushed me out the door. The bangs I wanted did not have the entire front of my hair framing my face but that is what I got, I look 15 years older and like I am right out of an 1980s movie. I am unsure if this guy was new but because I was told to come back later for them to fix it, I am never going back again. I rather pay someone else to fix it then them fixing it for free. The whole experience was uncomfortable and irritating.
I never have to wait very long. My stylists are always very knowledgeable and understand the haircut I am describing. I always get a stylist that carries on food conversations and seems to be genuinely interested.
