I've been a patient at IINN for a couple years now and I love the staff! I see several departments and everyone is professional, respectful and genuinely caring of their patients. I feel I'm in the best place I could be for the caring and treatment of my conditions!
That is the most disgusting place for anyone to go see a doctor appointment in they have
Dr. Justine Pearl did wonders for my lower back. I just want to thank her for getting my back together. Now I can walk without being hunched over. Thank you. Dr. Pearl.
The girls that work with you do a good job but their not all the same so if you get switched around it isn't very consistent therapy. I asked to stay with the same person so that worked out. On the downside there's only one physical therapist that you see for your assessments and then you work with the girls under her. I found that the physical therapist did not read the girls notes and relay that to my case manager properly. I was even told that she was not reading them by the girl working on me so that caused an issue for sure. Also the physical therapist would tell me that my case manager said one thing and my case manager would tell me the physical therapist said the opposite so I was not sure who I could trust and who was actually telling the truth. So ask for the crew they did a good job but middle management and up not so much.... Also we all know anything to do with the medical field it's just a screwed-up mess. I hope this help someone to make an informed decision on their recovery.
I have been seeing Joe Danko PA and Dr. Rampersaud for about a year now. I've never really had any serious problems with them. They have always treated me fairly. The staff is usually nice. There are some days that the staff seems irritated, but on those days, I just try and give them the benefit of the doubt. Pain management is a difficult and frustrating process for everyone, and hard to treat. It doesn't help that there is a negative social stigma surrounding it. I would recommend them to other patients. The physical therapist John Gilmore and his assistants in the fitness area are very knowledgeable. They are very knowledgeable about trigger points specifically, which are frustrating to deal with.
