Love the convienence of using a gym @ all hours. Tanning and showers available. Most equipment is well kept and updated.
Great staff
Recently updated, this gym is great if you don't like a cramped gym. It's generally never over packed and they offer really good classes all week and weekend.
Its convenient that it's 24/7. Its clean. Temperature in the gym is perfect. Machines are nice. Several things I do not like. Price is way to high for a membership for what you get. Although they have three locations with the same owner, prices are different at each one. Friend of mine signed up in Grand Blanc and received a lower price than I did. Wish there was a stand-up tanner instead of a bed. Locker room is just a bathroom with a shower. So if someone is showering you can not use the toilet because the door is locked.
