It was an amazing experience working w Elly. She was so helpful. It took me forever to figure out what I wanted but she was great to work w. I'm just getting started furnishing our new home. If you want furniture this is the place to go! The funiture I purchased is beautiful!
Went out shopping for a mattress. Visited 3 stores before entering Lapeer furniture and mattress center. Was NOT harassed or followed the entire time we were shopping. Was simply greeted at the door by a sales person who simply said: my name is Jeff, if you have any questions I'm here to help. I'm here to say how wonderful and refreshing that was. Actually left another store because I felt like I was being stalked. Jeff G. Was very pleasant to talk to, extremely knowledgeable about all the different types of mattresses and just a delightful person. Wonderful experience! Jeff took excellent care of us and will definitely buy other things for my home from this establishment...two thumbs up Lapeer furniture and mattress center...my shopping experience was very pleasant...Michele Carlton...
The salesman was not willing to help me find what was needed to suit my family's needs. I was just looking for something nicer than what he was showing me. I got the Feeling they're not very family-friendly. I had my two toddlers with me. The saleman got a agitated look and almost a aggressiveness towards my son that is only 4 years old. Not a warm comfortable environment to make any purchase at.
Ordered Ashley Signature dining table and chairs. Very poor quality. Called Laurie to ask for replacement; said she'd check. Called her 2 weeks later, she was going to check and call me back. Called her 3 weeks after that and left her a voicemail. Another 3 weeks and no reply. Time for this review. Won't be going there again!
Love the selection. Something for everyone. Dan Eldridge was a very friendly salesperson. Easy to work with. He made the experience so easy, I told him he has a new customer.
