I get that it was Black Friday and it is one of the busiest days of the year for people who work in retail, but having a salesperson who is making commission complain and make snide comments makes for an unpleasant shopping experience. The way transactions are handled make the process complicated and it always seems like the final price ends up being higher than expected. I purchased some chairs and was surprised to see the price higher on my invoice, so I went back and was told that the price advertised was for the floor model. Makes sense, but it would have been better for the salesperson to mention that at the time of sale.
Had a wonderful experience. My sales person, James was very helpful. Took a lot of time, and offered phenomenal advice! Thanks and I'd definitely come back. If you need help I'd recommend going to James.
I gave it 4 stars because it took me like an hour and half to check out because the lady I saw screwed up the paperwork so she had to redo it. Other than that everything else was great. The people were nice and very helpful. My 2 year old was fussing and she went and got him a balloon and he was happy.
Salesman was not only rude. But complained when I asked if the chair was made in America. Kept trying to show me chairs that I didn’t want. Straight up tried to upsell and was very condescending and unprofessional.felt like I was at one of those buy her pay here used car lots. Never got a straight answer on anything.
My sales person Nora was very professional, but very personable. We were kept informed all the way through from finding what we wanted, to the charges for the table and delivery. It was a very pleasant experience . thank you Nora
