Office staff are courteous and as helpful as they can be, maintenance staff changes are a regular occurance. I have lived here for almost three years, got a cpl of busy body neighbors that have to be in your biz... but other that, its kinda peaceful.
The community is peaceful. Management is great at planning events for the community. They are also very understanding. They're doing a good job at revamping the whole park, constantly bringing in new trailers. Just keep your bills paid and you'll have zero issues. They are mindful of the public image they hold and I respect that. It's not easy creating a nice community this close to Flint. I will continue to update my review on google as the park progresses.

Poor curb appeal. Rough streets. Extremely poor snow and ice removal in winter.
Nice community to live in. Nice homes and low prices on rent.
Still over priced for what you get.
