The only complaint is that there should be some type of handicap accommodations. A small bench for disabled to wait 15 minutes for their turn would immensely improve their services and the lives of the disabled.
Had a package supposedly delivered 32 days ago and never received it went in about a week after they said it was delivered and talked to them about it they found it as misdelivered and sent it out for redelivery and it was misdelivered again and went back to ask about it and they said they would have a manager call me it has been almost a week since then and no call.
So within two months they "delivered" my packages one in Oct that I never received and just this month that was delivered and not received first package was delivered to a home a few houses away from me and we'll my guess is they decided to keep it granite it was only 10$ this time my package Is worth well over 100$ and guess what no package but was delivered on weds....
This is the most unprofessional post office I have ever dealt with,the people there are white and black and their all are lazy with the responsibilities of the job,they lose packages that's eventually found there,they ship orders out thats marked to be held all due to lack of attention to the job...I think its best to do some firing and get people in there that wants to exceed at the job.
was on hold for over 45min. told me wait time would be between 19 to 29min. absolutely ridiculous there is no way they are talking to other customers.
