I have luke warm water in the shower and scalding hot water in the sink and in the kitchen. The plumber tried to get me to pay for a new hot water heater. Why? Then he claimed that I needed new heating elements. Again the water is scalding everywhere else in the house. This was a second time coming because he didn't fix it the first time. Claimed that he came out 2 months prior when I just bought the home a month and a half before. Nothing but lies.
Had terrible experience with them. Got a quote and eventually went with them to replace my boiler. Every step of the process was botched. They didn't have all the necessary parts for the installation. They forgot to install some parts. First night the boiler did not work. They never had the installation inspected. Had to have another contractor come out to inspect their work. Other contractor gave me a long list of all the issues wrong with installation. Had Terry Allen come back out, they still did not fix all the problems. Had to give up because of the cost. Never use this company for boiler installs.
Customer support has been good to great the few times I needed it.
Cost is high as with other plumbers, but competitive.
Was running a little late but that was the only problem as Mike Allen worked very hard to addressed all of our concerns. Very personable and great work. Will definitely do business with them in the future.
Not sure what OP are reviewing, but I've never had any problems with them and I've had 2 ACs installed in 2 houses, a sewer line/tiles replaced, and sewer line fixed inside (not to mention a few small jobs)
Do not use these people. Total rip off!! Charged me $89 to clean thermal coupler and boiler only only worked for an hour tops. Beware you will get ripped off!
Done business with Terry Allen for a few decades or more. Always did what was expected. Always cleaned up afterward and got the job done.
