I bought my golden Retreiever from here in February. However, the only reason I bought him is because he was extremely underweight and covered in pee/poop. I told them he needed a bath and the workers comment was "all the dogs look like that because of the kennels". I could hear his stomach growling. He was 28 lbs, at over 5 months old and in one of those tiny boxes so I could not leave without him. They told me to feed him a cup a food twice a day (2 cups total). After i went home and researched the bag and according his weight, he needed 4 cups of that food a day!!!! So he was literally eating half of what he was supposed too. So in conclusion, the dogs are extremely underfed and dirty. When I brought him home I realized the food they gave us had tiny kibbles and my dog was not chewing them, just scarfing his food down. He had extreme diarrhea. I switched his food to Golden Retreiever puppy Royal canine and he has done much better ever since. Establishments like this need to realize not all food is ok for all dogs. Their lifesource brand is just a promotional deal for Family puppy and I would not recommend it to anyone.
I love our puppy. She is a bulldoggle and we love her to pieces!!! She was a little pricey but overall she is a great puppy!! The lady who helped us was truly amazing and helped us in any way she could. Thank you Family puppy for a great experience!!!❤❤❤
I don't know much about puppy mills, but I would buy from here. The staff are always helpful and seem to love the doggies.they never rush us when we are playing with the pups. The only thing stopping me is the price. I can afford to spend 2k but why???? It's just a dog. I'm sure I will find one cheaper
Rudest employee's I've ever come in contact with. Will be contacting corporate. Went in tonight to purchase a puppy for my family and the girl told my husband to "Move" and "watch out" then looked at the other employee that she didn't shut the door fast enough (to keep us out). I couldn't believe it. I complained to another employee about this and she laughed and wouldn't even look at me. Will never be back.
The puppy cages are sickening!! Over price to the max under fed dogs!! Place has gone down hill and the workers don't know how to care for the animals I hope they go out of business!!! Bought a dachshund for 500 with papers and shots full Akc then a dachshund at this place is going for 2 grand!! Give me a break! Plus what's pathetic is that there's some dogs who stay there for a few months cause there two expensive and are two big for the cages their put in!!
