A very disappointing experience tonight with this Cottage Inn location. First, we placed our order, picked up our orders, and returned home to find that we did not receive the pizzas we ordered. Immediately we called and explained the mishap, we were very polite and understanding. The pizzas weren't even pizzas we could eat due to allergy. So, we chose the option of having the correct pizzas prepared and delivered to our home. Although the situation was their mistake, we paid the delivery charge without a complaint. 1 hour passes and no delivery. We called politely and they said that the order is on its way. About another hour passes and no delivery. Ultimately, it was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They cared little about the situation giving us the run around despite our patience. I hope that the owner sees this and works to ensure quality customer service. Our business will go elsewhere moving forward.

I came in thinking it would be faster but NOT was told 15 min waited 35 and my piazza is not like the other Cottage Inn's there is hardly any cheese. What is a piazza without cheese! ? I won't order from this one ever again!
Just terrible. I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered two pizzas last night and they told us 30-45 minutes for delivery. After an hour we called and they had no idea where our pizzas were but told us it would be soon. After almost two hours went by I called and asked for the manager who was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me when I tried to explain that we were told 30-45 minutes and it was almost two hours later. He should be fired for the way he handled a paying customer. The pizza finally showed up and was cold and the driver didn't care either. They lost a paying customer forever. I will never be ordering from this place again after how I was treated. Terrible customer service and no care about customer satisfaction.
Finally we get a different person and can ask if our pizza is even on its way. They check the order and apologize, saying it's walking out the door right now..
Will not be ordering here again and will advise everyone we know to follow suit.
Experience was horrible! Terrible customer service. Its a shame because Cottage Inn has such good food. I'll just go to Grand Blanc from now on.
Let's see, called and ordered at 2:10. It is now 3:50 And still, zero pizza. Tried to call and see what's up. Worker says "cottage in, can you hold please?" "Sure thing" 5 minutes later, still on hold. Wait a bit longer and call back. Put directly on hold. 5 more minutes. Call back.
Received the pizzas after 1 am. Pizzas were cold, old, and not properly prepared again.
Over an hour and the pizza is JUST NOW on its way?
