Nice hotel... Some aging features like the refrigerator... Very loud. Overall a nice stay with courteous staff and a comfortable room. Only drawback is it's proximity to the expressway... Perhaps a room on the other side would have been quieter...
Great place for couples at a great location. I say great location because you're at the intersection of US23 and I75. Also the 475 spur is closeby. I say couples because it's small, with a pool and workout room, but not much for kids to do. Cozy.

Hotel and room was clean.
We stayed there for Christmas break and had issues with house keeping not attending are room. We left yesterday to visit family and last minute shopping and came back to our room with the Do Not Disturb sign on our door. We didn't put it there and our room still wasn't cleaned. I consistently had to ask for towels and even toilet paper. We believe house keeping but the sign on our door so they wouldn't have to clean our room. That is unacceptable. The lack of effort to resolve this issue will cause us not to return to this hotel.
Clerk got us connected rooms instead.

The hotel itself is fine for what it is; a place to spend the night. Its proximity to the airport and the package price for stay and parking is very good. However, it is poorly run. We stayed here two years ago and had the same problems we experienced this time. We asked for a wake-up call and did not get one, we asked for a breakfast "go bag" and did not get one, and when we went to check out couldn't find anyone, even though the taxi was scheduled to pick us up momentarily. The shuttle and/or driver never seems to be available, even when we returned in the late afternoon. They had to call another taxi for us and we had to wait as there was no driver available. Not sure if the place is understaffed or poorly managed, but I probably will not be staying here again.
