Had trouble processing my payment while in the office, after a half an hour of resetting the pinpad and fax machine, the woman finally succeeded and I left the office with a $177 charge on my account. 3 weeks later I was charged, without authorization, again, overdrafting my account. A manager WILL NOT speak with me, although I've been told I'd be contacted twice now. I have to pay my bank that $177 PLUS an overdraft fee for both weeks I'll have to leave my account overdrafted, until I get paid. This will take my entire paycheck, even though I'm about to have a baby and need to find somewhere to live, and LAInsurance is refusing to justify it. If you go there, DO NOT give your bank and card information. Bring cash or save up for real insurance. Don't make my mistake.
