Wife had 10:30a.m [APPOINTMENT ],after 1hr & multiple people,going in after her. She complained @ desk twice,the second time she was told there's 2 doctors back there. Wife asked what's the sense of a appointment? Especially when others are just walking in & being called back. Is it because we are WHITE?The new Hamilton clinic sucks,very rude,inappropriate, and I feel racist.PERIOD!
Staff is outstanding. A great job done on dental services for my aunt. I would recommend them.
