Worst customer service I've ever dealt with there before. Went to get my money back for these junk side cutters and they said I have to have my receipt, but they have the ability to look that stuff up, because they've done that in the past. I will never recommend this place to any family members or friends and I won't be back. They just lost my business and a whole lot more.
Typically stock what I'm looking for. Staff are friendly, help find the parts needed and will also help with rebates. The parking lot is good sized as this place is in a shopping plaza. They sometimes have returned and refurbished items, from harbor freight, that are greatly reduced. This is a great way to pickup one of those emergency use tools!
Lost my business today why would you close at 8pm i work and very rearly get home early and have things at home that need to be done and used to come there but today was the end !!!!
I would have gave you guys a five star but some of your staff there are 'rude or very short". I live in Flint, mich. but that's not an excuse to be acting "funny " towards anyone.
