I am always hesitant to leave negative feedback. However, my experience with Glass Doctor is one I hope no-one has to deal with. I had to make an insurance claim on a broken window over 2 months ago. The lady at the office was out sick, long term, so my calls were routed to the Oxford location. The lady we dealt with there was consistently rude, not accurate with the information she gave us, and when the glass was finally ordered several weeks after my initial call, it sat cracked in their office until the woman who was out sick returned. I had to speak with the area manager and the woman who returned from her illness, Terry, said they would compensate 47 dollars off the price. I literally had to make nearly a dozen calls to this office and deal with the woman in Oxford who was incredibly rude for several weeks. Terry ordered a new window, again, two months into the ordeal. It was supposed to be installed last Friday but the delivery truck broke down and it was not installed until yesterday (Tuesday). The gentlemen who came out were kind, professional, and worked quickly which I appreciated. I feel strongly that after a 2 month ordeal, and all of the calls and leg work I had to go through just to get a window, there should have been more compensation to make this situation right. The manager (from Oxford) who installed the window said he would talk to Terry and make sure the discount was significant. At the end of the day, I still ended up paying 200 for a 240 dollar window that took 2 months to install, and WAY too many phone calls to the rude employee in Oxford. I tried to ask Terry about the discount today, but she stated the 47 off was what she would do. Its not about the money, but more about, if the Oxford manager says he will make it right, then they should have. As a consumer, I had to do way too much to get this window installed, and honestly, I paid too much, all things considered. As an owner, I would go above and beyond and make any compensations necessary to make my customers happy. I have had to do it many times, for big and little things...but in the end, it's the right thing to do. Especially when a customer experience was as bad as the one I have had.
The only place I will ever call to get a window. Terry got my order in as soon as I called. John put my window in. Very nice man, talked with him almost the entire time. Great customer service and overall friendly service. The atmosphere there was very welcoming. Thank you so much!

I am not one for leaving many reviews, but I would really like to say thank you to John who came out to quote repairing/(replacing if needed) a window in my sun room. Not only did he fix the window, but he also fixed our blind that was loose without charge! John will be my first call when I need more serious window work/repair, thanks again!
John and Jerry came to put a new bay window in our living room today. I would like to say thank you so much for all you've done. They had that window in like 10 or 15 minutes. Very nice guys.
