I ordered the premium version of a bouquet of yellow daisies to be delivered that day, locally. When I saw what was actually delivered I was amazed at how different it looked. We counted flower heads; they delivered the standard version. Premium version would be approx 72 daisies and the standard would be 25. That's what was delivered, a bouquet of 25 daisies (standard version) for the cost of the premium. I called them and the last says she followed the filling of how many stems per flower. Total bs, total rip-off.
Had an issue with a FTD delivery not being delivered as promised and called the local florist (Carousel Family Florist). They were able to get a gorgeous arrangement delivered within an hour. Wonderful customer service and would recommend.
Always a pleasure to have Miss Lois do an arrangement. Haven't ever had a bad experience and they've been my go to for flowers for over 10 years. Love, love, love this place!
