For as long as I've banking here I've had good and bad experiences, the tellers most of the time have been short and rude. However went in there yesterday and met one of the nicest people that I have ever met! Cheyenne does an amazing job making people feel welcomed! This place needs more people like her
I used to love this place, it"s where I got my very first accounts and loans. Now though----the more they have "expanded" their branches and services, the more awful they have become to deal with. Phone hold times are in excess of 30 minutes the last few times I've called, regardless of time of day. Services have gone severely downhill, accessibility has gone downhill. I kept this bank as my primary even when I moved to California several years ago, thinking since everything's online now it wouldn't matter. But now all my dealings with them are such a pain in the butt, that I've been seriously considering pulling all my money from them (and probably will soon), which is a shame since I've been with them so long.
This place is trash. Terrible customer service.
I'm a long-standing member of this credit union. I have several accounts with different banks and credit union's. These people play with your money, with fees and " holding" large sums of money for ridiculous periods Of time. They are extremely unhelpful whenever you want to call as well, if you can get through.
Seriously these people don't know what the hell they are doing. Need better training at taking care of loans. Paid off a loan for my car and they said I'll receive my title for the car in 10 days and never got anything for 3 weeks. Had to call them and they didn't even send it out!!! Wtf! Now I have to wait for another week to see if they did send anything out! Dumb mf's. Never will I ever make business with this pos Bank!
