Steve and Destiny from Baldwin Electric. I told them my story at 6 pm on a Thursday. Steve went to my mother's house, got the heater going, and contacted me with the bad news that the fuse box and electric lines to the pole were shot. Of course he sent pictures, and said that it needed to be fixed as soon as possible. He quoted a fair price and rearranged his schedule to do it the next day. He completed the job in one morning & sent me pictures. Outstanding customer service from both them. I am a customer for life. Even though I live in Texas. Great, great people.
