I had my car washed today. As I was exiting the dryer area, I heard a loud bang on my car. Looked at my trunk area and found a scratch over a foot long with a paint chip missing next to it. The photo shows the two lines of water droplets parallel to the scratch. The water would not form this pattern without an object moving across the wet surface. The owner told me his equipment doesn't move over the car where my damage was located. I just earned my free car wash with ten purchases I am a regular customer. I hope the owner can reply to this post with a better explanation than denial.
