Always love coming here whether for the coffee, the Shakespeare sandwich or Roger Rabbit wrap, and the books. The workers are also very friendly. Been to a couple spoken word events and it was really nice. I miss this place every time I'm in New England.
A welcoming, cozy atmosphere. The cafe adding a sophisticated, contemporary feel. A decent size selection of books. Most impressed with the collection of classics which I purchased several of today and will be back for more. Above all, customer service was excellent. One of the girls (Sarah?), assisted in combing the shelves for several books on my list. Although we were unsuccessful in locating certain titles, she did record my name and number in order to contact me when they become available. Overall, I am quite impressed with Totem Books and shall return soon.
This is a very nice addition to FLINT! They offer wifi, vinyl records, great selection of books. The food and coffee is incredible!
My grandkids love story hour at this place. They do a wonderful job of keeping the kids engaged with the story and a craft after. They also make a great cup of coffee and the best grilled cheese I've ever tasted. There is a large collection of books as well.
Totem books is awesome! Great atmosphere, great books, reasonable prices, and they even host events like Vintage Book Art and open mic nights. I didn't try any food or beverages, but I'm sure I will when I go back!
